One site down for no obvious reason

We have one website on our MULTISITE having problems.

The master site is:

churchwebsitepress.org hosted on Cloudways.

All of the sites are loading such as these for example:
https://www.lakecitiesumc.org/
https://www.decaturmethodist.org/

The ONE and only site that is not loading (since this morning) is this one:
https://www.newcovenantumc.com/

I have granted support access... Please help, this is urgent and we have exhausted everything we know to try, have restarted services on the server and had cloudways support restart server also.

    I gave a closer look at the mentioned site, and check for any console errors, but I could only notice 524 Error, as shown below:

    This could happen due to various factors, in general if the website takes more than 100 seconds to send a response, Cloudflare will send 524 error.

    Checking the response time, it seems to more than 100:

    Connect: 0.066
     TTFB: 101.170
     Total time: 101.170

    Having Low memory, or high CPU Load could also cause this, please check this article for more info:

    Could you please try increasing the server resources, and then check whether that helps? You can create a php.ini file in the root folder, and add the following rules in there:

    upload_max_filesize = 256M
    post_max_size = 512M
    memory_limit = 1024M
    file_uploads = On
    max_execution_time = 2000

    If you still have same issue, it could be one one of the existing plugins, or theme which is currently activated causing this. Could you please try deactivating plugins enabled specific to your subsite, and then check whether the homepage loads fine?

    Would also recommend to switch to Default WordPress theme, if disabling plugins doesn't pin point any specific issue. Running these test would give a better idea where the issue is located.
