Opt-In Product Page - how to build what I want

Hi Guys,

I want to create a page that my subscribers receive when they opt-in into my subscription list.

Here are the examples of what I want:

http://www.productlaunchformula.com/sideways-video.php (I will refer to it as Jeff)

http://www.expertsacademy.com/2-homepageatm?inf_contact_key=c00b8ccc4f7ba60a77e9dd03f2bc05374530620c56e48856e6957ac7f1b4021b (I will refer to it as Brendon)

I'm not a techy person. It is my weak point and I know it. So I need your detailed advice in plain English on how I can do the page like that, in particular:

1. I use Respo WP theme, can I use it to create the page like the examples above. If yes, do I need to use the custom coding?

2. How can I create the blue line with the title on it on the top similar to Jeff's page?

3. How can I put video/audio on the page similar to the Brendon's example? I.e. There will be 3-4 videos/audios. However, the subscriber can see next video/audio will be able to access them only with it will receive the next email from me?

If I allow the full access to all videos at ones, how do I do put them in sequence of clickable links (like here http://www.productlaunchformula.com/blueprint.html)

4. How do I incorporate the Facebook share button simialr to Jeff's and Brendon's pages?

5. How do I incorporate the comments section which allows to share the comments via facebook?

Thanks a lot for your help! I'm working on my opt-in now, so I will really appreciate your help.

    Hi @AnastasiaS,

    Sure, we can help advise here.

    1. I'm not familiar with that theme, but it should be possible by just creating a page. When editing your page, see if there are options under "page templates" (it's a panel in the editor) You might have the ability to choose "full width"

    2. Can you give me a link to a page you've already created? This might be possible with some quick CSS.

    3. For this you could use our Membership plugin. You can use shortcodes to protect sections in a page. For example:

    [level-visitors]
       Sales Video
    [/level-visitors]
    [level-premium]
       Paid Video 1
       Paid Video 2
       Paid Video 3
    [/level-premium]

    4 & 5. Our Ultimate Facebook plugin can handle both of these for you.

    Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @AnastasiaS,

    I've taken a look here, and what you're trying to do is going to take quite a bit of custom development work. I won't be able to code it for you, but I can give some advice to aid you if you're ok with coding it yourself.

    To get started, I'd recommend that you create a custom "Page Template" This works by duplicating "page.php" in your theme, and modifying it to include a template name at the top:

    So something like this.

    /*
    Template Name: Squeeze Page
    */

    You should name the duplicate template accordingly like this: page-squeeze.php

    You can learn more about page templates here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates

    Then you can edit your page, and set the template to "Squeeze Page" in the editor.

    At this point you can make any code changes needed in the new template file without affecting the rest of the site. Here you remove the elements you don't want on that particular page.
