Order Status for new orders are missing?

I have problem with broken order status. When someone submits an order it bounces back to the Create Account popup, which works. But after they submit that it then bounces to Order Status, but the order status page says "Oops! We couldn't locate any orders matching that order number. Please verify the order number and try again." as shown here:

And the last posts say you guys are fixing it? Is this the same problem?

How do I fix this missing Order Status?
