Page Not Found Error for Products created in Marketpress

I am currently using the 30 day trial. I have installed only the Dashboard, Marketpress and Coursepress Pro plugins on my single wordpress site, which is running the Enfold theme. I am running all this on a mac using VoiceOver as I'm totaly blind. I created a test product in Marketpress, and was very impressed with the eccessability of everything - thank you! I cut and pasted the permalink from the new product page into another browser, and got a "Page could not be found" error. Is there a solution to this?

    Hello amanda,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

This is usually related to WordPress URL rewrite rules. Please go to the "Settings, Permalinks" page in your site's admin area and just save them again. No need for any changes there, simply hit "save" button on there.

This should help. If you're still getting "page not found error" after that, let us know here, please.

I'm also running into this issue, and here or what I have attempted:

      1. Create a fresh installation of market press(Installed via the dashboard)
      2. Create a new product [](
      3. Attempt to access the product both with caching enabled and disabled in Safari and chrome and am given an error 404.
      4. Access []( and am told "There are no items in your cart -", and invited to["go add some"](
      5. At the url ???? I see the product ["Business Coaching Call - 1 Hour"](

Additionally, when viewing the product you can add to your cart, you'll see that you can click on any of those products however all of them present you with a "404" error.

Note, because Amanda and I both had this problem, and I know that like me she also has the optimize press plug-in installed on her site, I wondered if maybe changing the product type in the advanced settings of the shopping cart would result in a different experience, however changing it from the default"product" type, does not present me with a different experience.
I have reached out to optimize press, and they went in and change my theme to the 2017 theme, and have the same issue so I don't think me using the optimize press Smart theme is an issue though I could be corrected.

      any feedback would be helpful.

    Hi amanda,

Could you grant us support access to your site so we can check what's going on?

You can grant support access by going to Support panel under WPMU DEV in the admin menu and from there click on "Grant Support Access" button.

Please respond in this thread once access has been granted.

michael I see that you mentioned that it was tested on fresh installation but your URLs are showing store-2 which suggest that there was another store page created so it might be due to some wrong pages being selected in Store Settings.
Can you please start a new chat so we can look into this separately:

    Hi Amanda,

    Thanks for granting access.

I had a look at your current products and out of 4 of them you have 3 draft products and only one that is published.
When I visit the published product I can access it properly regardless if I'm logged in or when visiting from different browser where I was logged out.

Other 3 products, that are set as draft, will show as Page not found but that's because of their status.
Draft products/posts are only visible to the author and admin so when you visit the page from different browser, where you are probably logged out, you will not be able to access them.

Hopefully this explains what's going on and let us know if you have any additional questions about this.
