Payment failed due to CIM profile not updated

I have to repost this because I had not received any reply on the previous ticket in last 48 hours.

I get following error after submitting the credit card details.
"Payment failed due to CIM profile not updated: The record cannot be found."

I have tested this with Live mode and test mode. In both the cases I get the CIM error.
I have already enabled CIM in authorize net.

Currently I have enabled paypal, because authorize.net is not working. But while you test the issue you can enable authorize.net and test it. Authorize.net is running in test mode.
