Paypal /Calendar not showing up on Appointments +

I've included the shortcode, but am having two problems:

1 - The paypal link is not showing up. I tried making an appointment and it confirmed it without requiring payment (paypal button is selected in settings)

2 - The calendar shows up as all white, so you can't even tell which days are free and which are booked. Is there a way to change this?

    Sorry to see that you are having an issue with your WordPress installation and Appointments+

    The description of the issue sounds like there is no messing around and digging into figuring out what is causing the issues.

    It is time to go into full blown trouble shooting mode because it appears there may be some conflict here and one way to find out conclusively.

    Standard plugin trouble shooting protocol - first to switch to the Twenty Eleven theme just long enough to check for the problem - if the problem still exists next involves deactivating all plugins except the plugin in question and then see if the issue still exists.

    If it does not, then you want to activate plugins one at a time testing in between to see if the issue returns. Even when you find one plugin, it may be in your interest to deactivate the problem plugin and continue testing the rest of the plugins to insure no others are also conflicting.

    You will know the conflict when the issue returns and which plugin(s) you activated that cause the issue.

    Please advise if there are any plugin conflicts and if so what the plugins are that are conflicting.

    The reason the button isn't showing up is probably because you added a currency mark "$" in front of the price. I have searched through all the documentation and haven't come across them saying NOT to add it or else it will break the PayPal button.

    If you haven't already tried this and found out yourself.

    Though, if you found this works please mark this topic resolved.
