Hey, I want all sub-sites get the same permalink structure. However, when going to Settings > Blog Templates I don't see that option.

Please advise

    Greetings ssmedia,

    Thank you for bringing this item to our attention.

    Though it may appears to be a related function it is not part of this plugin that I am aware of and items like this are best handled with role editors etc. and for this specific item the New Blog Defaults plugin is the perfect solution for these specific settings and more.

    Thank you for being a WPMU DEV Community Member!

    Cheers, Joe

    Hey Joe,

    is there any other way to have standard permalinks for new multisites?
    Your suggested plugin is not maintained any longer :slight_frown:

    I would like to have the permalinks set to "/%postname%/" for every new blog automatically.

    Got it working by adding this

    // Set default permalink structure
    	function reset_permalinks() {
    		global $wp_rewrite;
    		$wp_rewrite->set_permalink_structure( '/%postname%/' );
    	add_action( 'init', 'reset_permalinks' );

    to my functions.php

    Hope that helps!

    The solution is....

    add_action( 'wpmu_new_blog', function( $blog_id ){

    switch_to_blog( $blog_id );
    global $wp_rewrite;

    }, 10 );

    Use the "mu-plugins".

    This solution is the Sohag, a support agent. GREAT!!
