PHP 7 - Compatibility Check

My development team is looking to move our sites to a new server that runs on PHP 7. I was wondering what the reason is for using deprecated functions and I wanted to know if this will be updated.

Here are the errors:

    Hello Jason,

I hope you are well today.

The reference of mysql is in that file for backwards compatibility. The default is mysqli.

The developers are aware of the other references as well and are working on upgrading the plugin for PHP 7 compatibility.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.

    Best regards,

    James Morris
