    Hi Prinz,

    I have messaged Adam & he is going to respond shortly.

    Please be aware, our system feeds us threads in order oldest to newest, each time someone responds to a thread, it gets pushed to the end of the queue again. We do try to get through the queues as quickly as possible, however some threads are more complicated and take longer to deal with & we deal with many threads each day. This can & does cause delays.

    As you can appreciate when staff are off, we do try to cover those staff, but we also have our own queues to deal with too. Just thought i’d mention how our system works.
