Please Please Please can I have some of your spectacular support?

I followed the advise of support to swap from pay to view to membership yesterday and the site does look better. But paypal does not show at all, leaving my paid content free. I highlighted this in a number of support questions over twelve hours ago. The only reply again twelve hours ago was a screenshot of the membership payment page. I appreciate it will be something stupid I have done wrong. I have been working most of the night without success trying to sort this and in the process messed up my fallback per per view. I really do appreciate any help on this with my site about to launch and the content now free. You advertise spectacular 24/7 x 365 support within minutes over your front page so had hoped for a response in the last 12 hours. Please help. If I sound tetchy I apologise, but am really tired now....and worried.
