Please use proper way to add style sheet within the Wiki plugin

Hi,

It would be great, if you would use the WordPress way to add the Wiki style sheet: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_register_style

If you register and enqueue it, then we would have the ability to easily de-register it to use our own styling for the wiki.

It would also be great, if you would only add the style sheet and java script to the incsub_wiki post type and wouldn't use common classes for the styling within the css file like the ones listed below:

input.button-primary, button.button-primary, a.button-primary {
    background: url("../images/button-grad.png") repeat-x scroll left top #21759B;
    border-color: #298CBA;
    color: #FFFFFF;
    font-weight: bold;
    text-shadow: 0 -1px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3);
}

.submit input, .button, input.button, .button-primary, input.button-primary,
.button-secondary, input.button-secondary, .button-highlighted,
input.button-highlighted, #postcustomstuff .submit input {
    -moz-box-sizing: content-box;
    border-radius: 11px 11px 11px 11px;
    border-style: solid;
    border-width: 1px;
    cursor: pointer;
    font-size: 12px !important;
    line-height: 13px;
    padding: 3px 8px;
    text-decoration: none;
}

I think the styling of general classes such as the input ones belongs to the theme and not to a plugin. If done through a plugin it disturbs the theme and site design.

Thanks,
Daniel
