plug Signup TOS not working , Show messa You must agree to the Terms of Service in order to signup.

I install “SIGNUP TOS” plugin,

To registered members page (URL below)

Even if I had agreed to check the terms of service,

Still displays an error message “You must agree to the Terms of Service in order to signup.”

So I can not make the next step,

I do not know whether this is a Bug

You can through the website for the actual operation again, you will understand what I said

How can I solve this problem?

thank you very much

    Hi Predrag

    Thanks for your response

    I once tested (URL below)

I according to your step, can indeed successfully registered

However, if you do not check I Agree, then press the “Reserve your site” buttom

Can not be verified, even if check I Agree, I still can not send the form

Retry several times are the same, unless refresh the page, start over again

The above test has clearing your browser’s cache, I tried IE & Chrome.

Thank you for a great tool,

I also filmed the operation, the film beneath the URL

    I need your help

    thank you very much

    Hi Ann,

Thanks for the additional information, I now see what the problem is and I was also able to replicate this issue on my installation when doing it this way.

I have created a bug report for our developers to have a look at.

Thank you for bringing this up to our attention!

    Best regards,

Any update on this? I’m having this same issue.

During user sign up for Pro Sites, I check the I agree box, but am getting the “You must agree to the Terms of Service in order to signup.” error when I click the “Reserve Your Site” button. Please advise.

Interesting, it seems to only do that if you don’t check it the first go. So, once you get the required field error, it will prevent you from submitting the form even when you check “I Agree”. You have to refresh the page and refill the form to get it to work.

Hope that work around helps others with this issue. But, it is JUST a work around. WPMU, please fix.

    Hey there James,

    hope you’re doing good today!

This is true indeed, if you miss checking the terms of services checkbox at first time.

I already pinged our dev team on this as it seems that the issue slipped out on their long to-do list.

As soon as we’ve got some feedback on this, I’ll keep you posted!

    Take care,
