plugin CoursePress Pro and Theme Zerif Lite

Hello everybody,
My problem: the Theme Zerif Lite (http://vebinar.dekanblog.ru/), I need to put on it CoursePress Pro. After installing the plugin in the context of this topic it turns out very ugly. I began to try to put the plugin LearnPress. Possible courses in this LMS will be combined with the subject. The theme for CoursePress Pro can deliver, but only by removing the existing one.
How to be?

With respect

    Hello Alexey,

    I've tested Zerif Lite and CoursePress Pro and indeed course details page have some issues because theme CSS it overriding plugins CSS.
    But that can be fixed with few CSS rules added to site

    .course-box .label {color: #000; padding: 0; font-size: 100%;}
    .course-summary {padding: 20px 0;}
    .instructors-box div {padding: 5px 0;}
    .single-course .entry-content p {line-height: 1.6em;}

    You can
    a) add it to the child theme style.css file
    b) use this small plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

    I began to try to put the plugin LearnPress. Possible courses in this LMS will be combined with the subject. The theme for CoursePress Pro can deliver, but only by removing the existing one.
    How to be?

    I'm sorry but I'm not sure I quite understand that last part. Could you explain it more? Do you want to use LearnPress with CoursePress theme?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

      Hello Kasia,
      I created a chiild theme.

      /*
      Theme Name: Zerif-lite Child
      Theme URI: http: //vebinar.dekanblog.ru/
      Description: ???????? ???? ??? ???? Zerif-lite
      Author: ?.?.????????
      Author URI: http://www.dekanblog.ru/about-2/ob-avtore/
      Template: zerif-lite
      Version: 0.1.0
      */
      @import url("../zerif-lite/style.css");
      #course-box .label {color: #000; padding: 0; font-size: 100%;}
      #course-summary {padding: 20px 0;}
      #instructors-box div {padding: 5px 0;}
      #single-course .entry-content p {line-height: 1.6em;}

      Switched to this theme , it has turned bad with the whole site. They lost not only styles, but there is information on the demo version. Chiild theme removed, all returned to the starting position.

      I put the plugin Simple Custom CSS.

      /* Enter Your Custom CSS Here */
      course-box .label {color: #000; padding: 0; font-size: 100%;}
      course-summary {padding: 20px 0;}
      instructors-box div {padding: 5px 0;}
      single-course .entry-content p {line-height: 1.6em;}

      Updated. The site has not changed.

      Please see if I did the right thing?

      I am hope for your help
      Thank you
      Aleksey.

    Hello Kasia,

    I bow to people who know a lot and understand. For me what You wrote is "the dark forest". I'm not a cool user, so the questions can't ask correctly. In addition, my English is "lame". This is an additional difficulty. But I will try to understand and do as You recommend.

    The results will be reported, thank you Very much.

    You write "Do you want to use LearnPress with CoursePress theme?". No, of course. I'm "kettle", but not to the same degree. I wanted to put a special theme for CoursePress, but it can be supplied only, instead of the primary. Do not pay attention.

    Sorry for the sloppy writing, Let me remind you, My English is very bad.

    Thanks again, I'll try.
    Best regards
    Aleksey.

      Hi Nithin,

      Thanks, but my attempts to rectify the situation led to the fact that
      I realized that Zirif-Lite theme does not allow convenient ways to modify styles. You must either acquire Zirif-Pro, either manually flattery in php.
      First, I do not want to, I do not need expensive and difficult topic, and the second is not enough knowledge.

      In addition, experiments have led to serious violations of theme. I had to install "WP Database Reset" and completely clean the WP and look for another theme, more friendly. At the time of the search site I closed. after finding a suitable theme will again be embedded in it CoursePress Pro

      In this regard, the relevance of the question is missing.

      My apologies to all who needlessly disturbed.

      Kind Regards,
      Alexey
