I have been looking for a plugin that can be used to keep customers updated of their product repair status (cars, electronics, property work, etc.).
I have done quite a bit of searching and have not found something suitable for our requirements. I believe this would be a very valuable plugin to many people. The closest solutions I encountered were http://www.woothemes.com/products/supportpress/ and http://wordpress.org/plugins/service-status/ SupportPress is a poor choice because it is a theme, not a plugin. Service Status is highly lacking in features and has not been updated since 2011
Ideally, a customer would be able to check tickets associated with their user account, or simply enter in a ticket ID # provided by an admin to check updates on their repair.
Maybe someone knows something already out there that would be a good solution? I would be very grateful for any suggestions.
