Plugins disappeared when logged in to my account

Please review the link below to images showing that on my multisite, logged in to my wpmu dev account, when I reach a certain number of plugins from my account, the plugins disappear from my network. Images at: show the problem.

I use snapshot, the first thing I install after the connection to my account. Then for each plugin, I configure them, test for incompatibility and then add the next plugin doing the same thing again and again. When I get to a certain number of plugins installed from my account, the plugins link is blank as can be seen at the above link.

Snapshot restores a previous backup however, the plugins are still blank… all other account links work.
