Plugins Not Showing Up Under Super Admin Website

Hi,

I am setting up using ProSites. I have installed plugins under the network admin account. However, they are not showing up in the plugins tab under the main website under MySites for the domain that i have.

Also, i have gone to sites-edit-settings and usually at the bottom all the plugins were there for me to override for each individual account.

Im not sure what I am missing here. I have also enabled support access if you wanted to take a look. Thank you!

Hi Michael! Hope you're doing well today!

Some plugins can only be network activated. If you network activate a plugin, you activated it for every single site so it's already on for the whole network. If you want to enable and disable them on individual sites including your main site, do not network activate the plugins.

Let me know if you have more questions.

    Cheers,
    Aicee
