Popup not triggering, even when it's active

We purchased, installed and configured a popup. It does not show up. Can plz let us know we we did wrong?

We are running latest version of WP with all plugin updates installed. List of all plugins I list in screenshot below.

    Welcome to WPMU DEV, glad to have you aboard!

    I saw that you had already granted support access to your site, so I popped in to try to help figure this out.

    I created a test popup and set the Loading Method to Page footer (which usually works best in all installs), but could not get the popup to display, regardless of any conditions I set or not.

    I also tried clearing your cache & setting that to not cache pages with GET parameters, but that didn't help either.

    I also cannot see any relevant errors in browser console while loading any pages on your site where the popup should display. I should mention though that are several errors related to images hosted on your CDN (AWS) that you may want to look into. :slight_smile:

    I don't want to break your site obvioulsy, but basic troubleshooting protocol is in order here to locate any potential conflict(s) with other plugins currently active on your site, as well as possibly your active theme.
