possible issue with domain mapping

Not sure if this is a domain mapping problem or something else. I moved a WP site into my multisite a while back and getting some 404 on a lot of images.

Here's the mapped domain:
http://kristindeasy.com

And the subdomain on my multisite:
http://kristindeasy.cre8tives.org/

So -- images using the subdomain in the path work, but images linked to the mapped domain don't.

In other words, this image shows up:
http://kristindeasy.cre8tives.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/35/2014/08/kdicon.jpg

But this image does not:
http://kristindeasy.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/WorldAffairsLogo-e1365037045436.png

Shouldn't the domain mapping plugin be able to "find" where the file is located? I have confirmed that it is indeed on the server.

    I'm wondering also if this is in some way connected to frequent errors in the server logs with PDFs on her site:

    2014/11/17 08:10:57 [error] 13288#0: *1830949 open() "/var/www/cre8tives.org/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/www_globalpost_com_dispatch_news_regions_middle_east_egypt_1-3.pdf" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 157.55.39.103, server: cre8tives.org, request: "GET /wp-content/uploads/2013/06/www_globalpost_com_dispatch_news_regions_middle_east_egypt_1-3.pdf HTTP/1.1", host: "kristindeasy.com"

    Hi Peter,

    Just having a look at this.

    It seems those images are added in a text widget.

    So you would need to actually change the paths manually by editing the featured widget.

    I've changed all these for you, so it should be ok now. But if you notice anymore in the widget areas on pages, doublecheck if they are text widgets, if so you'll just need to add the extra path to them
