    Hi Mei, hope you had a wonderful day.

    Yes, this is possible. In PopUp Pro, you can open your popup when users click on any specific content. For doing that, you need to go to "Dashboard > Popup > Settings" and enable "JavaScript Events" extension.

    After that, you need to add a custom class your link/text. For example, if your desired text is: "Hello Link" and you want to open Popup when users click on "Link", then you can write it like:
    <p>Hello <span class=&quot;firePopUp&quot;>Link</span></p>
    And then put ".firePopUp" in the selector settings while creating your PopUp. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    This will fire the PopUp when user clicks on content of ".firePopUp" class.

    Please let us know if you have any confusion. We will be glad to help.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    Hello Mei

    This is because you have "Click here" outside if a tag. You have only image inside the a tag. So write it like:

    <a href="link_here">
        <img src="image_path">
        Click Here
    </a>

    Hope it helps :slight_smile: Please feel free to ask more question if you have any.

    Cheers

    Hi Mei,

    Hope you are have a good day too. :slight_smile:

    I would like to check whether I can use shortcode in popup pro? Because somehow my shortcode is not working in popup pro. Many thanks in advance.

    Yes, you can use shortcode in PopUp Pro plugin. The content area are just like the default visual editor for post/page. You can add your shortcode accordingly.

    If your popup is only displaying your shortcode in this format: [shortocode]. Most probably, it's because the Popup is loaded early than the shortcode can run. To solve this, make sure you go to Popup > Settings, and under PopUp Loading Method, select Page Footer as the option for Load PopUp using .

    This should make your Popup work, if you are still having issues. Please enable support access, so that we could give a closer look. Have a nice day. :slight_smile:

    Kind Regards,
