Possible to hide pages from members not at that level?

I've been looking in the membership plugin documentation for answers to this question and seem to be missing it. Is there a way to hide pages and posts from members who shouldn't have access to them?

Instead of just telling them they don't have access, I don't even want members of, say, Group 1 to even see pages/posts with content created for Group 2.

I'm setting up a learning site to use with clients and don't want clients from Company 1 to be able to see that I also have clients from Company 2 using the site, for example.

Thanks!

@lenski - it should do this already - it will certainly not display the the posts that the user doesn't have access to, and should remove the pages they can't access from the menu as well (as long as your theme is using the standard WP menu building functions).
