post type not showing in admin menu

I have made 3 different post types in custom press, all settings are identical in all 3 post types other than their names and labels and slugs.

the issue im having is that the 3rd one i created is not showing in the admin dashboard. the other 2 show just fine.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled custompress due to the fact that i DID have the classified ads plugin installed which used its own custompress, but i ended up deciding to just make my own post types instead of using the classifieds one and i just deleted the classifieds post type, taxonomies and custom fields.
but since I removed the classifieds ads plugin newly created post types will not show up in the menu. Do i need to clear something in the DB to make it work properly?

    would appear that its showing after I changed its menu position, i had all 3 set to 0 and i guess it only allows so many items above the 1st divider, i set it to 5 and then they all showed up. i was able to link all the posts into the menu based on category. is there a way to add all those custom post types to a page instead? or would i have to make a template file for doing that and then have the template option set to that?

    i see from the classifieds ads wpmu dev script in the page-classifieds.php it shows:

    <?php
    /**
    * The template for displaying My Classifieds page.
    * You can override this file in your active theme.

    * @subpackage UI Front

    but how could i make a page-xxx.php for my custom posts type to display results for that particular post type.

    is there a general code you could provide where i could just replace certain parts of the script based on which post type I create?
