Pre sites register have problem ,price table and sites word colour / backgrand error

Dear Sir,

Happy New Year to You!

1.The sites register show not right, or can not register, price table and sites word colour / background error, for multi sites and multi domain plugins can we not use blog MU themes, use Avada theme is OK.

2.If use Avada themes for main site, can we use upfront for other sites in the network system? but looks will have problem for home page.

3. Pre sites plugin, if plugins and themes need pay fee, should NOT active in the network system. If free should active in the network system, right?

4. Tried many time if active woodcommerce, home page and register will not show full.

how to fix it?

The sites support access is on.

Thanks!

Hi there ShareWin Happy New Year to you too!

1.The sites register show not right, or can not register, price table and sites word colour / background error, for multi sites and multi domain plugins can we not use blog MU themes, use Avada theme is OK.

The colors on the Pro Sites checkout page can be customized under Pro Sites > Pricing Tables > Styling. As for the other text colors on the page, that is because both body text and H2 headings are set to #ffffff (white) which is the same color as the page background, so you can’t see it. You’d want to either change those colors in your Avada Theme Options in the Typography section, or add some custom CSS to change them for just that Pro Sites page.

Do you mean our old Blogs-MU theme? If so, yeah, please don’t use that one as it is sorely out of date, and we’ve retired all our old themes.

2.If use Avada themes for main site, can we use upfront for other sites in the network system? but looks will have problem for home page.

Yes. You can use any theme you like on any site in the network. A theme on one site will not interfere with the theme used on any other site in the network.

    3. Pre sites plugin, if plugins and themes need pay fee, should NOT active in the network system. If free should active in the network system, right?

That is correct. If you want to offer some plugins as Premium Plugins, they must not be network-active. Only plugins that are not network-active will appear in the list of plugins that you can set as premium under Pro Sites > Premium Plugins.

However, you do not need to network-activate the plugins you want to offer to the free level. Any plugins that are not network-active and not premium will be available for subsite admins to activate on their sites if they wish.

    4. Tried many time if active woodcommerce, home page and register will not show full.

I just logged into your site to check that, but when WooCommerce is activated on the main site, the home page and Pro Sites checkout pages load just fine for me. Can you please post a screenshot of what you see that is not working?
