Pretty plugins breaks search box in Network Admin plugin list

When you enable Pretty Plugins, and go to the Network Admin plugin list and go to use the search plugins box in the top right, searching no longer works.

You type in for example Forms and you can see the “# items” change to the correct number of plugins for your specific search but the actual list disappears, its blank.

Pretty plugins is applying a css style of display:none to the table.plugins class in network-admin.css, which I take it is being invoked by some piece of javascript in pretty plugins when you do a search.

Just to be clear this is the default wordpress plugin list in the Network Admin area, in the client area where pretty plugins is applied the search works as expected.

We have reproduced this on 3 installs so its not an issue with our installation.
