preventing duplicate content in autoblog

Hi,
Does autoblog have a de-dupe feature? I will be using it to move posts from the original site here:
http://www.ruhglobal.com

to the one under construction here:
http://bnmnewprojects.com/ruhglobal/

I don't want the same posts repeated. Also, what does autoblog do when it encounters posts that already exist with the same name?

    Hi cornelius_butler ,

    Hope you're doing well today!

Unfortunately, Auto Blog don't have any feature to deal with the existing posts with the same name.

If in the source and target site exists a post with the same name, Auto Blog will import the post and the permalink will be changed to "post-2".

However, once a post was pulled, it will not import it again, it will be skipped.

    I.E.

If "Post 1" was already imported from the source site, if you proccess the feed again, it will not import it again. However, you have an option ("Override Duplicates" to override previously imported items with the new content.

I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!

    Cheers, Luís
