[Private Messaging] css formatting for private messaging

Is there a way to format the display of the inbox? it doesn't look all that great.. the list of messages that is. You have access for five days already. Maybe you can look at it and see what i mean.

    Hi Gary

    I hope you're having a nice day!

    Are you referring to the list in back-end on "Messaging -> Messaging" page or the "main inbox" on front-end (/inbox/ page)?

    If the changes you need are not a "complete redesign" but rather some cosmetic adjustments, I'll be happy to give it a shot but I'd prefer to get more information from you first on what exactly would you want to be changed. Some screenshots along with description of the issue you'd like to be addressed would be very helpful.

    I'd then access the site again and see what I could do.

    Looking forward to your response,
    Adam

    Hi Gary,

    Can you try adding this CSS and see if that will do the trick for you:

    #mmessage-list ul li.active {
        background: #8c8c8c;
    }

    .ig-container .label-primary {
        background-color: #333333;
    }

    .ig-container .btn-info,
    .ig-container .btn-primary {
        background-color: #8c8c8c;
        border-color: #333333;
    }

    .ig-container .btn-info:hover,
    .ig-container .btn-primary:hover {
        background-color: #4a4a4a;
        border-color: #121212;
    }

    WordPress offers Custom CSS field inside Appearance > Customizer but if your theme disables this and it doesn't have its own CSS field you may wish to use a child theme or a plugin like this one for this additional CSS. That way you're protected when you come to upgrade.

    Best regards,
    Predrag
