Pro sites and Stripe payment issues

We have users that sign up, and yet when their first Stripe payment comes through, Pro Sites does not recognize it as successful, so the user is sent an email saying that their Pro Sites membership has expired.

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    It looks on our end like you're still using a previous ( release of Pro Sites plugin. Is there any specific reason for this? If not, could you please update it to the recent one (3.6) and check if the issue is still happening?

    If it does, we'll investigate it further (your developer's findings seem worth checking!) but I'd like to rule out the plugin version as a possible cause as there were some important fixes includes in the most recent one.
