Last year, I closed a Pro Sites subscription from a blog in Stripe, and now the user can't upgrade again.
The user has tried to replace existing card and and add a new one, but the blog is never upgraded, and nothing is registret in Stripe.
If I access the customer in Stripe, i can see "This customer account has been permanently closed."
Maybe this is happening because I have cancelled it in Stripe and not from Pro Sites itself, but is there any way this user can upgrade again?
