Pro Sites - Client Site Upgrade Confirmation Email

When a user upgrades their site to premium in Pro Sites they are receiving an email similar to this screen shot. I have 2 questions related to this:

1 (the orange arrow in the screen shot). Is there a way to make the email be from my network admin email account rather than from "WordPress <wordpress@nimblewebs.com>"?

2 (the red arrow in the screen shot). It looks like the "/pro-site/" address is being hard coded rather than pulling from the settings. It is also referring to the user's site rather than the root site for signup/upgrade. For my network it should be "https://nimblewebs.com/nimble-webs-pro/".
