Pro Sites deactivated paying customer's site

Hi, a customer's site was just deactivated while they still have an active payment profile. It looks like there was a lack of communication between Paypal and Pro Sites, here are the logs:

2013-04-28 10:11:15 pm Expired email sent to -------
2013-04-28 10:11:14 pm Pro Site status has been withdrawn.
2013-02-18 2:43:54 am Signup success email sent to -------
2013-02-18 2:43:53 am Pro Site status expiration extended until March 18, 2013.
2013-02-18 2:43:52 am User creating new subscription via PayPal Express: Subscription created (Pro: $39.00 USD each month) - Profile ID: I-R6UA-----
2013-02-18 2:43:51 am User creating new subscription via PayPal Express: Initial payment successful (Pro: $39.00 USD each month) - Transaction ID: 6BK90------

There was a successful payment on 3-18 and 4-18 that were not recorded in Pro Sites.

My question is, how do I fix this without having to have the customer re-sign up?
