Pro Sites E-Mail Premium Support not working with Custom Mail Senders

Hey there,

i use this code in a mu-plugin for having the default mail senders changed:

// New E-Mail senders
add_filter('wp_mail_from', 'new_mail_from');
add_filter('wp_mail_from_name', 'new_mail_from_name');

function new_mail_from($old) {
    return 'info@mydomain.com';
}
function new_mail_from_name($old) {
    return 'I am sending this to you!';
}

My problem is, if i try to offer premium e-mail support via pro sites, of course the sender is still changed.

Is there any possibility to not affect pro sites or any other workaround for that?

    Hope you're doing well today!

    I think I might be misunderstanding the issue here. The Pro Sites Premium support module will let your "premium" users send requests to a specific email of your choosing then you reply back through that email.

    It looks like you have only changed the default sender for your WordPress installation. Which shouldn't affect the email address you have listed in the Premium support settings of the Pro Sites module.

    I'm sure I'm misunderstanding the issue here, if you could provide any further info that would be helpful and I can have another look :slight_smile:
