Pro Sites Form Issues

When I submit the form at moseyhome.com/signup (Pro Sites form), nothing happens, it just directs me back to the /signup page with no message. The payment doesn't go through to Stripe (at least I haven't seen it in there yet), however the user does get created. Chrome's console shows an error related to the form being http:// though the site itself is https://

Any idea on how to fix that?

There's also some funky language on that page, such as "A saving of $2.00 by paying for 3 months in advance." instead of "a savings" that would be nice to be able to clean up.

    Hi Nathan,

Hope you are doing good today.

When I submit the form at moseyhome.com/signup (Pro Sites form), nothing happens, it just directs me back to the /signup page with no message.

I checked your website, but wasn't able to notice any forms, it's just a blank page. Am I missing out anything?

To troubleshoot it further, please enable support access. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

There's also some funky language on that page, such as "A saving of $2.00 by paying for 3 months in advance." instead of "a savings" that would be nice to be able to clean up.

You could make use of Ultimate Branding plugin for this, under Branding menu, enable Network Wide Text Change module. Once activated, under Branding > Text Change, please make the following changes, as shown in the screenshot:

A saving of %s by paying for %d months in advance.

Replace the above string with your content, for eg:
A savings of %s by paying for %d months in advance.

I hope this helps. Please let us know once you enable access, so that we could help get this resolved. Have a nice weekend.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

Okay got the form fixed. I ended up resetting the Pro Sites plugin altogether (deleting & reinstalling), so I had to reset the form signup page.

    https://moseyhome.com/signup/

    Support access has been granted.

I'll look into the Branding plugin you'd mentioned.

I also received an email like this the one time the form did go through:

    Current Plan: MoseyHome
    Payment Method: Stripe
    Payment Term: Every 1 Month(s)
    Transaction/Invoice #: XXXXXXXXX
    Transaction/Invoice Date: 2016-09-10

    Transaction Details:

    MoseyHome: Monthly $0.00

    Total: $0.00

It should read $9 instead of $0, right? Or even better, say something about their free trial period (I set it to 7 days) and then how much they'll be charged.

Forms on that page are also putting out action="http://" instead of https, which essentially breaks the page and throws up a warning in Chrome. :slight_frown:
