Pro sites - lost password Invalid username or e-mail.

So, if someone signs up for a pro site, their free trial expires, and their site is then disabled - for them to be able to renew it, they need to be able to log into their account. Say they forget their password, well, they can no longer access the lost password page on their own pro site because it is disabled.

Well, when they try to retrieve their password using the main site's lost password field, it says that user does not exist.

What is the solution for this?
