On the diyvideo.zon site there are following issues with Pro Sites:
1. when a new user tries to create the site and account it gets created but on user's side it shows a spinning wheel and "Processing" message for very long time
2. if you sign up for a free site and then try to create another free site from back-end you got directed to pro sites checkout and after selecting a free site you're redirected back to the dashboard with no site created and no message/error whatsoever.
