I'm getting a pretty consistent issue with Pro Sites. This is the process I'm going through:
- Go to /pro-sites, select a level
- Select domain, set email, etc to hold the site
- Go to PayPal in sandbox mode to make a payment
- After successfully paying, I get redirected back and see the "Finalizing your site..." message
However, the Pro Site level is not getting set for the new site. As the super admin, when I go to Sites, it just says Manage next to the new site instead of the level I chose on check out.
I made a change to my levels a couple of days ago and I remembered a support ticket I read a couple of weeks ago. They said something about resetting the payment gateway by editing the API credentials, saving, then removing your edit (so it would go back to being the valid credentials) and save again. I'm not sure if that was for Stripe, PayPal, or both. But I did it for both Gateways.
This morning I set my Stripe gateway into live mode. I don't think that should matter, because in my test where I'm having this issue, I'm using the PayPal gateway in sandbox mode. I'm also getting these IPN responses...so it seems like it's working properly, but there's some disconnect with Pro Sites to set the new site at the appropriate level.
