Pro Sites user account page, am I missing something?

Hi, I was translating the plugin and saw all the terms for a user account page where they manage their subscription. Just like here on wpmudev they can see when the last payment was, next payment date.
Have a button to cancel subscription, etc...
But can't find a way to generate or where that account page is.

On the email-notification section the emails say this:

Subscription payments should show on your credit card or bank statement as "THIS COMPANY". If you ever need to view, modify, upgrade, or cancel your Pro Site subscription you can do so here:
http://mysite.com/pro-site/

But the page /pro-site/ was not generated on my domain.

Are there short codes?

Would be great to have something like wmpudev profile page:

https://premium.wpmudev.org/profile/private/

Thanks for your support

    Hi there Victor,

Hope you're well today and thanks for your question.

On your main site in your network, make sure it has pretty permalinks (postname) in settings > permalinks.

Then, in Pro sites > settings, if you scroll down, you'll be able to change the emails sent out and add your company names and URL

And if a Pro site page hasn't already been generated, saving the settings should generate one, if it doesn't, make sure you don't have a pro sites page in the trash, if you do, delete that and then re save the settings to regenerate the page

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.

Hi Jack thanks for your reply!
I changed the permalinks already to post name
but no Pro site page is being generated and
theres no in trash edit her it never was created.

    Should it be /pro-sites/ ?

Would users have a link somewhere in their menu?
like a link where it says Your Pro Account in the left wp menu?
but that link that says Pro Account takes me to the payment
options, or if it was given permanent access to the pro level
it just says that this site has given a permanent pro level.

    Thanks again

    Hi there Victor,

Hope you're well today and thanks for the additional information.

In Pro sites > settings, where you can rebrand Pro sites, what you enter in their should be the slug of the page, i.e, /my-pro or /pro-sites etc.

Try creating entering pro sites there and then creating a page manually called pro sites and visit that page in your browser.

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards
    Jack.

    Hi Jack
Yes I do have that page, thats the same page that appears on the admin-bar button that says UPGRADE TO PRO
But that page takes users to the payment options, to select a level.
And the links on the menus say Upgrade to Pro
and when they are Pro it says Your Pro account
and takes them to the same page where the options to choose a level and the payment button.

I was looking more for a profile, like wpmu profile page linked on top of this post, where Users can see date of last payment, when is it due, date for next payment, a Cancel Button.

The translation of the plugin have all this terms to translate, like the cancel text, I also translated something like the wpmu page says:

(WPMU DEV Membership: $79.50 for the First 3 Month Period, then $159.00 Every 3 Months)

You should continue to have access until February 16, 2015.

    and

    Get Receipt

Send a receipt copy of your last payment »

So I was looking how to create that page with that info, maybe with short codes, and the current Pro sites link only shows the table of levels and the payment form.

    Thanks again for your help

Hi Jack I found something interesting:

I was using stripe to test and on that page I only see the
change your details and then the boxes for the levels and below the stripe form.
    I switched to paypal
and now I see above the modify your membership I can see the
    level that blog is at
    and the expiration date.

So you know why is it that on stripe that section don't appear

This is a test site, haven't made a payment but I gave that blog 5 days of Pro
extending it on the network settings.

Thank NAME, for their help.
