Last week I paid for an annual membership using the email firstname.lastname@example.org, with a username oglethorpeuniv. I installed the plugin logged-in to our WP multisite network with my admin email email@example.com. The dashboard plugin installed without a problem, but because the emails don't match, it doesn't recognize my membership. I tried changing the email, but it won't let me. I also tried installing the plug-in logged in with the other email, and can't do that either. Is it possible to change the email for my account (oglethorpeuniv) to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the already installed dashboard recognizes the paid membership? Thanks!
