Problem getting product images into lightbox

I cannot get product images to appear in lightbox. I have one featured image that will appear in a lightbox but the rest of the product images for that product appear but when clicked on go to a different page rather than going to the lightbox.

I need the product images to appear as they do on https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/e-commerce/ in pic 3 of 8 with the other images smaller and under the featured image.

Thanks,

Dan

PS sorry if this gets submitted more than once, I kept getting errors so I co not know if the earlier ones got submitted.

    Hello @dan

    Welcome to WPMU community!

I hope you are well today and thanks for asking the question.

In fact, by default MP has no such feature. The screenshot you saw in the usage is from a theme called "Pro Theme", that you can get it here: http://www.marketpressthemes.com/

This site has some more cool plugins and themes for MP.

Hope it helps! Please feel free to ask more question if you have.

    Cheers

If it is not included in Marketpress, why is the screen shot listed in the marketpress page? The Marketpress page states:

marketpress is the most powerful premium WordPress eCommerce plugin available, full stop. Enjoy the shopping cart experience you want with elegant code, incredible 24/7/365 support, all the functionality you need out of the box and no paid add-ons required.

This sounds like a bait and switch to me.

Just below the paragraph I stated before is another paragraph:

Don’t get caught in the ‘extension’ scam

There are some WordPress eCommerce plugins you can download for free and then pay hundreds – or even thousands – of $s to get the extensions or add-ons that you need.

Don’t get stung. Marketpress has all the features you need (and we’re adding new ones all the time) for one simple, low price.

It seems like I am caught in the same extension scam that you warn about in your sales pitch.

What do you have to say about this?

I am sorry for the confusion, I have just talked to the usage writer that there should be mentioned somewhere about Pro Themes.

But you can easily reproduce the effect in any theme by including a gallery of additional images.

The featured image by default will be used for product lists etc.
Usually however when our users want to add more pictures for their products, they prefer to simply add a gallery using the default WordPress media manager and then use a plugin like this one to displa their gallery: http://wordpress.org/plugins/responsive-lightbox/

Hope it helps! Please feel free to ask more question if you have.

    Cheers
