    Thanks! That may be all it is.. and this is where it really sucks to be a novice. :slight_smile:

    From this page:

    The first screenshot shows how the listing is positioned now, and the second screenshot shows how I'd like it to be positioned.

    Also in the second screenshot, you'll see an arrow pointing to a gray box that shows up over the review stars that I'd like to get rid of.

    Last thing, since I'm the administrator and I will be submitting all of the listings.. is there a way to make the "Contact User" button disappear totally?

    Thanks again!

    Greetings baxter_bailey and Happy New Year!

    Welcome to WPMU DEV!

    Sorry to see that you are having an issue with your WordPress installation and the presentation of the Directory plugin output.

    Thank you for posting the URL which certainly helps as well.

    Zyniker is spot on that this is a css issue and subject to the css of your specific theme that you have chosen to use though I admit I am not a css guru by any definition of the word.

    Therefore I will see if I can get the lead developer in here with his invaluable insight into this plugin for his advice/advise for us.

    Though this may take a bit longer then a normal ticket, I will try to get him in here asap.

    Cheers, Joe

    Another Bailey! Hi I'm Arnold Bailey.

    When you use the plugin with an arbitrary theme you usually need to do some adjusting to CSS because we just can't predict what strangeness may be found in a given theme.

    In your case firt thing I note is that it looks like you inserted the Image into the body of the text instead of as a Featured Image, which would move it above the contact button.

    For getting rid of the contact button and form add this to CSS

    .action-form, .confirm-form {
        display:  none;

    Other than that you'll need to track down what you want to change. You may also want to edit the directory/ui-front/general/single-listing.php file to get what you want.

    Make sure you backup any changes so if you upate the theme your changes won't get lost.
