Problem with media files- Error 403, I do not have access to this files

I have a problem that I cannot see or include any media file (neither foto or video) in the domain

The error said:
403 Permission Denied

You do not have permission for this request /wp-content/uploads/2015/03/DEMOSPOLIS1.jpg

Recently I changed php.ini file up to 128MB.

Could you please help me to fix this problems?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Hey Virginia,

    Hope you're doing well today!

Usually an error like this indicates that the permissions on your media folders aren't giving any read access, so instead it's giving the 403 forbidden error. Can you check what your media folders permissions are?

By default they will be 755. So you can change them back to that if they aren't already. Easiest way to do this is through FTP or through your file manager in cPanel.

With that said, I just visited the image link and I can see the image fine.

Increasing memory wouldn't usually cause this either, did you add anything else to your php.ini recently?

Lastly, you can try temporarily deactivating all your plugins to ensure it isn't a plugin conflict. Look forward to hearing back on this Virginia!

    All the best,
