Regards, when you click on "Backup Now" in the "Managed Backups" section of the Snapshot plugin, it does not run and send a series of alerts as you can see in the attachment. We renewed the apikey as an attempt to solution but it has NOT been effective.

    Hi Alejandro,

Hope you are doing good today.

The error means that the file in the mentioned plugin path doesn't have enough permission, by default folders should have 755, and files should have 644 permissions, and it can be resolved by changing the permission to default permissions.

However, the files mentioned relates to /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/k2/.../...

If I'm not mistaken that plugin related to Hustle free version from the WordPress repository:

And there isn't any such folder name K2 in that plugin by default, did you make any changes to the plugin? If you think the files doesn't related, please remove this, and make sure to take a copy of these files before deleting, in case you need these for reference.

Please let us know how that goes, have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

We validate the permissions as you indicate us, we re-reset the key and still the error mentioned above.

All errors are related to this path /home/l3c4vo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/snapshot/lib/Snapshot/Helper/Utility.php and mention different lines such as line 514 - 517 - 528.

    Hello Alejandro !

It seems the "k2" folder is still on your site.

All errors related to the permission for this folder and folders into this folder.
If you use this plugin and you don't know what is this folder - please, make a copy of the "k2" folder and remove it from your server via FTP via SFTP.
And then please, try again to click "Backup Now".

Please let us know how that goes.

    Best regards,
