Products Gone out of categories!

Hello,

All of the products that used to be listed under the product categories: ‘Accessories’, ‘Barn Supplies’, and ‘Boots & Wraps’ are now gone!

Can someone get them back? I cannot sell items without them being listed! I am very very worried!!

    I hope you’re having a beautiful day!

    Which plugin are you facing this issue with here and on which site? When did you first encounter that – was it after you made an update or a theme change, activated a new plugin?

    Could you also please make a basic theme/plugin conflict test? To perform it, please follow all the steps described on a flowchart in this article (you may need to scroll the page down a little):

    The fastest way to get things back to how they were would be to restore a previous backup of your site and I suggest you do so in this occasion while we investigate this matter.

    Lastly, can you please grant support access to the site in question from the dashboard plugin so we can take a closer look (if you haven’t already)?

    This could be done via Dashboard – WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access -> Grant Access or by following this guide here:

    Hello,

    I am not sure which plugin caused all of these issues. One of the WPMU Dev reps. added price tags under my products (per my request) and in the process all of my products were deleted from these categories.

    I really need these products back up asap and I have submitted many requests for help with no luck sine Friday. This is very VERY serious….I need these products back on my site today.

    Please assist. I have already granted access.

    Please don’t submit more than one support ticket for the same issue as that only slows down response time, and can easily confuse the issue.
