Products not appearing in Product Page, Categories nor Tags

First, I installed MarketPress Lite to test. Then, after deciding on this for a solution, I purchased and installed MarketPress. Now I have a couple of products in there ready to go to start organizing the site, and neither of them shows up when viewing the product, or respective category or tag pages.

Is there something I am just not seeing? Did I make some sort of major fo-pa? This is kind of a show-stopper. Please help.

    I can see what you mean, the products and category listings aren't showing any items at all. Just to check, were those working with the Lite version?

    And to try and resolve that, Could you please ensure the Lite version is completely removed? It's possible that it may interfere, and hopefully the solution is that simple.

    Could you also try re-visiting and re-saving the Products > Store Settings > Presentation tab? That'll reset the store slugs and hopefully that'll fix those pages.

    When migrating from Lite to Pro, I deactivated and completely removed Lite first, then activated Pro.

    Now, per your advice, I re-saved the Products > Store Settings > Presentation tab. When it did not work, I also tried selecting all the store theme options except none/custom, hoping this might help.

    Now what? I would rather not rebuild the whole site, but I can uninstall and reinstall this module with minimal effort as the two products are there mostly for testing right now. Please advise if there is something I need to do to the tables to ensure there are no lingering tables, which could cause problems when reinstalling.
