[Profile] Support tickets not logged as profile activity

In our WPMU DEV account Profile, Activity has detail of our posts, including tickets and discussions, but now that Live Chat offers an alternative, to let us post support tickets directly to the support forums, there is a link missing. When we post directly to a forum as a Discussion it’s logged as Activity, but when a post is made for us to a forum via Support, we see it as a Support Ticket, but the original post doesn’t show as Activity. Activity is only logged on Support Tickets if we comment on our own tickets. I’m suggesting that posts to the site “on our behalf” should be logged as Activity.
