Prosites not creating a site.

Hi,
I'm currently trying to set up prosites and get it all in place and for some reason the site is stalling on the create site page for client.
It allows them to do the initial input, but then just hangs up and says processing forever.
I have granted access to the dahboard via the support section. The site is running a wildcard SSL , but is not set up for subdomain site creation (I have it set up for directories).
Thanks!

    UPDATE:
I just noticed that I was trying to create the site at http instead of https . I manually changed the url and it worked. That leaves me to this question. Prior to this I had my host do a redirect on the site so that http would redirect to https , can you think of a reason why it isn't automatically doing it? Could it just have been my browser cache or is there likely a larger problem?

    UPDATE 2:
One more issue I notice is that although it did create the site..there is an issue as it didn't create or I can't access the dashboard for it. here is the link the Site manager send me to as you can see it is a deadlink
    https://myreadyroom.com/tester1/wp-admin/

Also the registration email does not list that as the site.

    Hello Shane

I just tried to access your site to take a look around and I'm getting the following error quite a bit.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/admin/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 380

This error means that you do not have PHP configured with sufficient memory resources to run your site properly and it keeps running out of memory.

In order to help you better with your issue, would you please grant me access to your site and server so I can perform some advanced debugging as well as resolve the out of memory issue for you?

Hello James and thank you for the reply. I've provided all the requested info and some more on the form you linked to .
Of note: I've also had the tech team at my host looking into various SSL issues. My hunch is there is something foundationally wrong in the setup as it seems each time one thing is fixed something else pops up. I noticed the memory error occurance last night as well. When I spoke via chat to host support they mentioned it could have been because their techs were messing with the server/site at the same time troubleshooting. Not sure if thats the case or not.
It may help you to view my support ticket (the one that is still open as well as the previous ones , one issue after the next) as you may notice something that indicates the underlying problem.

Final note: As I told them. I'm early in the staging of this site and do not mind ripping the whole site/server instance down and starting from scratch if it seems that the problem is some hidden mistake we can't locate. My primary concern is that as I start building this monster of a site that I'm doing so on a solid foundation. Unfortunately, I am very ignorant on the operation and functioning processes of SSL and even more so the wildcard ssl.
    Thanks again for your assistance!

    James,
I'm going to go ahead and close this out as I've torn down the site and started over. I just had too many issues on a fresh install to feel comfortable going forward. I believe something was done incorrect in the initial stages and was continuing to cause numerous errors. So far with the fresh install (though I'm still early on) everything seems to be in working order and showing as secure. Thanks for the help.
