ProSites PayPal Error Message after Checkout

I recently set up ProSites on my multisite network to receive payments from PayPal. PayPal is currently in sandbox mode, but after I purchase a subscription, I'm redirected back to my site where there is an error message that says "Initial Amount not confirmed for subscription, Please check your associated Paypal account. If you have enabled payment review for PayPal, make sure you accept the payment to avail the premium services." Is there any way to fix this?

Also, after I purchase a subscription, it says that it renews the next day, but when I refresh the page. It changes from the next day to the next month. Is that normal?
