ProSites + Stripe Not Updating a Client's Info


As fallout from the glitch at the initial launch of 3.5, I have one user left out in the cold.

For some reason, the communication between Stripe and ProSites was disrupted on the update. To keep one user going, I extended his site a couple of days. In doing so, it looks like the connection between his account and Stripe was severed.

He was charged his monthly fee, and paid it, but that message was never communicated back to his account (or at least never received/understood -- it's hard to tell what's going on). The result is that the second the time extension I give him ends, his account is turned off -- even though he's paid in full.

Is there a way to communicate to ProSites that his account is in good standing? Not sure what to do here.
