ProSites Subscription Not Advancing Upon Payment

We have a client, Blog id 47, that let their account expire a few months ago. We ran payment, and manually advanced them for another month. Since then, their account runs through Stripe and processes payment. The dashboard shows processed payment, however the subscription length isn't advancing. The result being the client pays, but the subscription and their site goes down a few days later. I have given access through the WPMU Dashboard for you to take a look. Thanks!
