Prosites track unsubscribes

Hi, currently there is no efficient way for a site that uses Stripe to track unsubscribes. It will be helpful if the pro site subscriber and the site admin can receive both a confirmation email when the pro site subscriber unsubscribes. This way there is a more tangible record for disputes. It also helps with follow up promotional email to bring the customers back on board, shutting off any manually added services, spot audit checks such as double checking that the customer's credit card is not accidentally rebilled in the future so that charge back fees are not incurred, reducing confirmation of unsubscribe email requests, etc.

    They are already added to stats as a cancellation, as well as added to the history log for that site.

    You should also be able to see them in your Stripe account, they keep good logs. In fact you may be able to generate reports from there.

    The customizable cancelled email also gets sent to the customer, in which you can add a coupon code or something.

    As far as manually checking features, that's not really related to cancelation as subscripion cancellation is not the same as paid access expiring, that happens as much as a year later after cancelation depending on the plan and when they cancel.

    They are added to the stats as part of a canceled group. So if a site has 300 subsites how does the super admin know which sites unsubscribed without going to the list of sites on the network and then clicking through each site's subscription to see if it is canceled or not?

    The stripe account does not generate reports on unsubscribes, you have to manually sift through transactions to find them.

    Where is this email customized in pro sites? I canceled a subscription and never received an email confirmation. I do not see a tab for communication.
