I have noticed two instances where recurring monthly payments are not working in protected content. One is a monthly recurring transaction in Stripe that did not occur and the subscription expired. The other was a monthly recurring subscription through the paypal standard gateway which also did not occur and will be reattempted in 5 days. Is this a bug with an older version of P.C. that may have been resolved in a newer version but perhaps older subscriptions are still affected?
I go to my recurring payments dashboard in paypal and the recurring profile is active and appears to be programmed successfully but I got an email from PayPal that it could not be processed.
Any ideas? I am getting a bit frustrated that the recurring payments aren't working on this implementation.
I have enabled support access to take a look in greater detail.
