Provide an option to open a ticket marked as private

Dear awesome support heroes at WPMUDEV,

as a customer it’s sometimes more convenient to request support by chat, but sometimes better to open a ticket.

But then I’d like to mark this support-ticket as “private” right from the beginning by myself, because otherwise too many steps are involved:

1. Open ticket and ask to mark it private, then wait for your reply

2. Receiving your reply, then answer incl. relevant, confidential details about the issue

This could be simplified and shortened.

It would be lovely to open a ticket incl. confidential details right from the beginning.

Please provide such an option, so that we only need 1 instead of 2 steps to submit the relevant parts.
